The assessment includes the 7 step Functional Movement Screen and a prescription of corrective exercise based entirely on the unique aspects of your score. The exercises will be demonstrated and taught during the session, with a program (homework) to execute as well. You’ll know exactly what you need to do to address your weakest aspects. This includes one re-screening to be utilized within three months of the initial assessment. The FMS is included in everyone’s first Personal Training session as well as an optional Foundations add-on.
