STEP 1: Attend a FREE Foundations 1 Intro

Come join us for an introduction to CrossFit and the movements we do on Thursday nights or Sunday mornings. This class also counts as the first in your Foundations Series (see below), and is absolutely FREE to try with no obligation! Make sure to sign up so it doesn't fill up. All levels are welcome and encouraged to attend. Injuries aside, we can adapt this class for anyone. Seriously. Sign up by clicking the button to the right and signing up from our schedule. It will ask you to create a free account in our system, WOD Together. Problems signing up? Just call or email us!

STEP 2: Foundations Series

Our Foundations Series starts with your Free Intro and continues with 1-3 additional sessions with your coach to prepare you for everything you will encounter in a CrossFit class. We let you and your coach decide how many additional sessions make sense based on your current level, and we price them super affordably so you can get the training you need without breaking the bank. Each additional hour long session after your Free Intro is only $50, or save even more and grab a 3 pack for $129!

STEP 3: You're In!
