Maybe you have a very specific goal, such as off-season sports training or preparing for a Spartan Race. Or, maybe you simply want a few weeks or targeted work before jumping into CrossFit classes.
Whatever your preferences, we can accommodate you with an individualized, guided personal training program to meet your goals and schedule. Simply complete our personal training form and let us know what you think you might need or want from a personal coach, and what type of a workout schedule (days, times) you prefer.

Al loves to laugh but he’s all business with the barbell. He’s also a husband, a father of two, and a cardiac nurse.
“I’ve always had a passion for lifting weights and having fun. Starting CrossFit in my late 30’s was a challenge, due to mobility restrictions related to years of distance running and neglecting overhead lifts. But Watch City brought that passion back, in a safe and social atmosphere. I’m all about giving 100% but also being able to flip that switch and have fun between sets and joke around. I believe that everyone is stronger than they believe themselves to be, both physically and mentally. The horizon really starts at your feet.”
