CrossFit Watch City will run two weeks of Foundations especially for teenagers (13-17), focusing on the basics of CrossFit movement and nutrition, in an environment geared just for them. After one of these weeks of Foundations, teenagers will be prepared to enroll in CrossFit classes, and continue their lifelong journey of health with our encouraging community.
We all know our teenage years are some of the trickiest to navigate, in a world of complex social issues and peer expectations. At CrossFit Watch City, we believe that resilience and life long healthier choices can be forged better through teamwork and shared goals.
Coach Brad comes to Watch City with 14 years of experience as a physical educator, with a love for CrossFit inspired by his own journey.
After graduating from collegiate baseball and basketball, establishing patterns of health outside of sports was difficult. CrossFit nurtures an integrated healthy lifestyle including movement, nutrition, rest, and community that helped Brad meet his goals. He’s excited to share the Watch City community vibe and class experience, hoping it might change your teen’s view of fitness, nutrition, and healthier living.
