With strong backgrounds in psychology and healthcare, Al has dedicated his life to helping others seize control of theirs to reduce the future patient population, one person at a time. He loves helping adults rediscover the lost childhood joy of "playing hard" and discovering new abilities.
I overcame childhood obesity at 12, only to find myself there again at 29. I vowed to improve my self-discipline and encourage my athletes to seize control of what they can. Stop blaming and complaining, and you can achieve any goals.
I believe our training style makes everything in life easier. CrossFit presents a varied array of physical challenges that help you get better at overcoming life challenges. My goal as owner has been to cultivate a diverse community of genuinely good people that support and grow together as a team.
